Challenge
An accomplished business book author, known for their successful coaching enterprise, wanted to scale their coaching business. The goal was to make their foundational coaching principles more accessible and introduce a wider audience to their methodologies.
Approach
RTB-AI developed a chatbot that reflected the core principles of the author's book, guiding users through an interactive coaching session. The chatbot engaged users, offering tailored suggestions based on their input. After each interaction, the chatbot produced a summary shared with a human coach who could continue the coaching experience and provide accountability for the client’s goals.
