Big data Trend Analysis
A tax reduction client uses data provided by the US Government to make statistical arguments as to why assessed property values should be lowered.
The client wanted to ingest new data and run analyses to enrich their ability to make compelling cases to local county assessors.
RTB AI scoped a project for the client where big data would be called by API and analyzed using complex statistical models. This can be done by having a large language model write python code to analyze the data.
Since the data is available via API, these analyses can be refreshed at any time.
