About the Role

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with the organization's objectives and industry standards.
Lead cross

Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI to solve complex business challenges.
Oversee the management of AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired outcomes.
Establish governance and ethical guidelines for AI usage within the organization to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Monitor the AI landscape for emerging trends, technologies, and best practices to keep the organization at the forefront of innovation.
Advocate for and secure investment in AI initiatives, presenting clear business cases and ROI analyses to executive leadership and board members.
Build and maintain partnerships with AI technology providers, research institutions, and industry consortia.
Cultivate a data
centric culture within the organization, emphasizing the importance of data quality and integrity for successful AI implementation.
Provide thought leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation and learning.
Required Skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
Proven track record of developing and executing AI strategies in a business context.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
Deep understanding of machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and other AI technologies.
Proficiency in AI
related programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
Experience with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem
solving abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex AI concepts to non
technical stakeholders.
Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and business growth.
Knowledge of data privacy and ethical considerations in AI applications.
